I guess this needs to be banned next

That was my second thought.

My first thought was "I'm surprised that it's not taking off their shoulders."

    That muzzle brake design really works. I've fired an Armalite AR-50 that had a similar brake. Recoil was comparable to a bolt-action .308 with no brake.

    Stand off to one side behind the shooter, and the backblast from the brake will loosen your fillings.
