That's why it's so necessary to take a very close look at an artist's portfolio....
I did when I got mine.But I let the artist ad the blue background- I liked it better just plain.
Kurt, either way it looks good. He did a GREAT job.. the detail is amazing:)
I like it but agree that without the background looks a little better to me. But the colors are clear and the linework is excellent.
SeaBee? My grandfather was a SeaBee in WW2 stationed at Adak Alaska.
Yes. After doing a little research that was my original Battalion insignia. Then they were decommissioned, and recommissioned again during Korea and had the Kangroo of NMBC 133 as the official critter of the renewed battalion.I was in Adak in `84.
I bet Adak hasn't changed much since Gramps was there in '44. You probably used the hootch he built!
