How could I have been so mistaken?

According to pr.Gutsy- on his 60 Min. (too long) interview:

You see, ever since that mistake we made by trying too help Somalia-I was under the impression that the proper way to dispose of your foes body was to drag it naked through the streets while mutilating it prior to burning it.
