You can tell this didn't happen in America

Because, even if you took out all the obvious British references, something still stands out in contrast.

Anybody want to hazard a guess?

    ahhhh... I was gonna go with the ACLU and the lawyers all up in arms and wanting to sue for millions, but I thought you were being more subtle and thats when I noticed the VAT TAx ( twice on the receipt) :)
