That's what I was trying to remember

It was a study about just how easy it was to get one group (in charge) thinking about the other (prisoners)as lesser.

It showed just how little was required to get people mindlessly follow orders.
Does that remind you of a certain group of people who are herding their lessers through their security Kabookie?

H/T to Random acts of patriotism (who needs to get higher on my blogroll) for the name.

  1. And when you hear about TSA agents pounding their chests and saying 'I have the power', it fits right in there. Their disdain for the people they are supposed to serve is evident, as is their lack of discernment--relying on rules and regs and procedures rather than common sense.

  3. That's the one Bob. I remember it was about prisoners and guards, , , but that mentioned a fake prisoner.
