How can anyone have a "budget fight" if the Democrats haven't bothered bringing a budget forward in going on THREE YEARS?
The panel has the task of finding ways of cutting the deficit by at least $1.2 trillion over 10 years. If it fails to agree on a plan by November 23, automatic spending cuts will be triggered, beginning in 2013.
OK-Fine,,,here's your $1.2 Trillion dollar cut over TEN YEARS-
stop the spork and napkin wastage.
OK? That's what we're actually talking about in "cuts" to the budget.
