This is what needs to happen more to the @99%OWS children.
It's in Scots, so you'll have to read the article, too:
Basically mouthy doosh kid only had a one way ticket -the other way and the conductor was telling him to get off.
He refused in a typical #OWS way until someone helped him.

How many people realize
That the 'workingmans tax break' that President Lightworker wants to extend.
Because it helps so many buy necessary things.
And it's the only thing keeping the economy from imploding...
Is worth about $15 a week? That's not even a tank of gas.
But President Everyman thinks it'll get him re-elected by helping those bitter clingers in flyover country get two six packs a week to drown their troubles.

If you're not sure, measure it.
All underpasses are marked with their minimum height in black letters on a bright yellow sign.
Most trucks are 13' high or below. I've pulled some vans that were taller at 13'6"- but there was warnings you could see in your mirror. I also wrote it on my windshield.
There's also a driver job open in Delta, PA.

Before we go any farther
Who can identify this flag?
Does it bring any visceral reactions up?
I'm asking because people are having a hissy fit about another flag that they say represents all that's bad in old America.
That one flag represents slavery and should be banned- because they don't like it.
That would be this one:
But others say it represents history and shouldn't be censored.
But if you're going to ban the second one, then you should also ban this one- because it, too flew over a growing country who supported slavery even after the civil war.

A quick question for y'all
Have you got a drivers license?
Drive any kind of four-wheeler (car, pick-up, SUV)?
Then you *REALLY* need to read this.
Believe me, you do- because I drive a big truck and have to put up with you every day, too.
UPDATE
North brought up crappy CDL drivers.
If you get around one who's driving badly- tailgating, lane jumping, trailer whipping....He's usually got a nice big name on his truck, get the cab number or the trailer number and note the time, date, hwy, location and direction of travel. when you can look up the company and e-mail or call and let them know what the driver was doing.
If for no other reason than insurance reasons.
I've written in about driving habits of some of our local haulers and noticed a change in attitude.
Of course mentioning that I have a CDL-A with X and T and don't like their trucks tailgating my pick-up when I'm in a restricted lane and doing 10 over might get their attention better...

Did anyone bring chips?
This should be fun to watch. The mommas boys and over-educated slackers are planning on shutting down all the west coast ports and the union thugs don't want them to be.
Any guesses on who'll win the thug on dork violence?
Hope there's pics, but I have to got fuel equipment for those shovel-ready infrastructure jobs we already have started.

starting to like "Hell on Wheels"
At first I didn't, but it is as realistic as TeeWee is going to get now-a-days.
It shows how Credit Moblier is going to screw the .GOV just like every other entity that ever did business with them- with the willing collusion of elected officials.
An added bonus is Colm Meaney who plays Thomas Durant, the pusher of the most advanced transportation technology of the 19th century...just like he was fixing the most advanced transportation technology of the 25th century about twenty years before...
At least he's keeping it in the trade, huh?

This could be a big reason for where we're at right now
Does anyone see anything odd about this first sentence?
The junior senator from Texas is decidedly unenthusiastic about the current state of the institution he joined nine years ago.
Here, let me help you-
The junior senator from Texas is decidedly unenthusiastic about the current state of the institution he joined nine years ago.
There, better?
The rest of James Taranto's spiel is about the need to pick up four seats in the Senate.
Actually it's five because Kay Bailey-Hutchison (says she) isn't running again.
Ummm,,,make that six, because I'm not going to vote for John Cornyn again, either. I asked for help following up on a Navy background check that would have taken about five minutes worth of calls from one of his overpaid aides, but got bupkis- so I'll be returning the favor next time around, and the time after that etc...

The Liberal 'moderators' of the debate brought up infidelity and leadership?
In what could have been the most devastating portion of the debate for Gingrich, a candidate now married to his third wife, the moderators asked whether someone who had cheated on a spouse could be trusted to run the country. Each candidate was given an opportunity to attack Gingrich on the issue before he could respond.
Seriously Dian Sawyer and Gerorge Snufalophigus?
Can I remind you how you defended this guy until you couldn't anymore?

Following the newest Democrate meme
WOAI 1200AM the talk radio station in San Antonio (which plays a majority of conservative programs) has declaired El Paso the safest big city in the United States.
They don't say WHO decided that, but it works with the sanctuary city propaganda. Being that there were only five murders there in the last year as opposed to 3,000 across the river in Juarez, Mexico.
So- naturally El Paso is a shining example of why allowing illegals to wander around freely is good- because they're not afraid to talk to 'la ley'. . . as opposed to Juarez where they're ALL legal and should be able to report anything- right?
El Paso is considered a 'Sanctuary City,' where police don't ask individuals they come into contact with about their immigration status.
"Programs which put local law enforcement to work for federal immigration agencies are notorious for driving a wedge between the immigrant community and police," the Border Network's Cristina Parker said. "The major law enforcement executives from every large city and county in Texas have made it clear that community security suffers when immigrant communities stop cooperating with local police."
So, all sanctuary cities are examples of low crime? Since illegals are ready to talk to the cops? Houston is a sanctuary city, so is Austin, Dallas and San Antonio- just in Texas.
I'd also like to remind The Border Network for Human Rights that those bastions of peace, love and safety called LA, Oakland, Detroit and Philly are ALL sanctuary cities too.

Three elections the Democrats won't be able to steal?
Because the three new Congressional districts are going to be decided by the US Supreme Court- in a blow to Democrat machinations of the legal system.
The court issued a brief order late Friday that applies to electoral maps drawn by federal judges in San Antonio for the Texas Legislature and Congress that would have ensured (ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS) minorities made up the majority in three additional Texas congressional districts. The justices said they will hear arguments on Jan. 9.
The (Democrat appointed)judges issued the new maps for the 2012 election in Texas after a lawsuit was filed in San Antonio over redistricting maps drawn by the GOP-led. The maps were to remain in place until the lawsuit was resolved.
...Just like TEN YEARS AGO when they tried to steal those new congressional districts for (illegal) 'Latino' voters. This year it's more of the same Democrat interference under color of law.
Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst said the court's decision shows the federal judges in San Antonio "overreached and displayed judicial activism inconsistent with federal law and contrary to the intent of the Legislature."
As usual when you have Liberals on the bench.
State Rep. Trey Martinez Fischer, the leader of the Mexican-American Legislative Caucus, which participated in the San Antonio lawsuit, said it was "deeply concerned" about the potential disruption of the 2012 election schedule.
"Our resolve remains stronger than ever and our commitment to minority voting rights unwavering," he said in a statement. "If there ever was a textbook case of Voting Rights Act violations, this is it. We look forward to making our case before the United States Supreme Court."
Lawmakers redraw districts every 10 years to reflect changes in population reported by the census, and Texas is adding four U.S. House seats based on population gains in the 2010 census. Texas' Republican-controlled Legislature drew up new maps earlier this year (just like Democrats do when they're in charge- it's in the Constitution), but minority groups sued in federal court in San Antonio, claiming the plan didn't reflect the growth in the state's Hispanic and black populations.
Because most are ILLEGAL and can't legally vote?
The San Antonio court issued new maps while it decided the case. The judges reasoned that the state would be unable to hold elections without the temporary maps.
...And we might even be able to force an election based on them!
Farging Democrats have always been trying to steal elections in Texas, either from voter intimidation (The Klan) to actually murdering people over ballot boxes.

The Euro is heading for an explosive crash
MF Global lost Billions of dollars of client money- and the Democrat former Senator and Ex-Governor of New Jersey doesn't know where it went.
Why is this man smiling?
...Because he made over $8 Billion last year.
...because he's been dealing in questionable currency trades since he was turning in his own people to the NAZIS in Hungary and Poland- and came out very comfortable because of it.

Does anyone remember, way back
...So far back that it's ancient history now.
But at one time Micheal Jackson wasn't white.
REALLY!
See!
He got his skin bleached and his body surgically changed.
But it didn't affect his genes.
So how can a black guy really be expected to produce half of this? Seriously?

Don't look, ladies- or you will have committed the sin of ....ummmmm....disobeying a fatwa from some mouth breathing muslimb 'scholar'.
..Because we 'know' it turns you on, and in muslimb-land, that's a bad thing...because it takes time away from the goatze.

Omens
Do you believe in them?
On this current job that really turned out to be NOT how it was presented, and with less pay and hours than was presented -gave me am omen within 2 miles of leaving my interview. I almost got T-boned by some Mexican creeping through a stop sign.
..Should have said no.
This new one.
I left the house at 5:30 to take a trencher down to Carrizo Springs and got back to the yard about noon (some 300 miles). Ran fuel to the equipment that needed it and didn't get a chance to leave early.
I filled up my truck in San Antonio and high-tailed it to Gonzalas for a piss test for the new job.
I got there (75 miles from fill-up and 95 minutes) 10 minutes too late for the sample people to take a sample on Friday. Because it's Friday and even if the sign says 5:00PM- that's not 'really' right (smile).
Ok, I'm learning- called them up andregretfully told them that I'm not going to make another 200 mile trip just to pee in a bottle.
Especially if I'm the one paying for gas.
I got home at about 7:10 tonight.

John Corzine the DEMOCRAT former Senator and Ex-Governor of New Jersey says they can't find the money their clients lost in MF Global.
He says he's "stunned" because they looked everywhere. Even under the couch cushions and in the old suits hanging in the closet.
As usual, we won't be hearing about this in the MSM as we would if it were say--ENRON or Bernie Madoff, because Libs always go out of their way to protect their own, right Global Crossing?
Now, you all play nice, I'm off to deliver a trencher to Carrizo Springs.

What happened to the magical anti-gun spell?
Isn't that what they did the last time they had a shooter at VA Tech?
They made it doubly unlawful to carry a gun on campus, so no-one would be able to ever do it again- until today.

I hope Eric Holder realizes
That in real life- Joe McCarthy was right about the Communist threat.
Not the way you Liberals whitewash that entire history.
But what do you care? Hollywood is still full of anti-American socialists and the Federal bureaucracy is full of fellow travelers working to pie any conservative idea and being protected by unions.

Zero tolerance sucks, doesn't it Principle Bostic?
See, that principle is the one who suspended a little black kid for calling a teacher 'cute'. I haven't seen a pic of the teacher in question, but being as Principle Bostic holds a high position in a (usually) extremely Liberal calling- that the teacher is white (hence the over-reaction to keep the darky in his place).
But anyway, Karma came calling, and someone is taking early retirement because of it.
The best line of the entire article...
"One mistake in 44 years, and I'm not given the benefit of the doubt. I really don't believe I was treated fairly,"
That's ok principle- I'm sure there are plenty of people you railroaded that would say the same thing.

70 years ago today
We got suckerpunched-
Then we fought TWO wars the way they should have been fought and won decisively-
We didn't "Seize" anything. There was no Imperialism in doing the right thing.
Then we used our money and aide to help our fallen foes and turn them into vibrant economies.
That's the last time we fought a war to win.

Does anyone have and use OnStar?
I've been wondering for a while- why would anyone pay for that? If you listen to the radio commercials and their fake scripts. It makes me wonder if those operators really sound all warbely and distorted, like they're bouncing off seven satellites to get to the PD across town.
