Well, now that Prez Kickass is going to sign the most intrusive and bureaucratic legislation in the history of America (except for his healthcare takeover) you're going to have to decide how much you want the .gov knowing about what you buy, where and when.
Because, in addition to some unelected and uncaring bureaucrat making the final decision on ALL loans, your cards will now be monitored. But don't worry! It's not like anyone in the .gov would do anything politically motivated with the knowledge that you bought that sheep costume at 2AM in Vegas if they wanted something from you.
Me, I got lazy and use a debit card for most things now. I guess I'll be going back to cash.
"Mr. P- we see that you fill your truck up two to three times a week. Don't you think that's quite a bit more gasoline than you need to be using? ...And this beer that you buy too much of..."

That's a touring bike?
It looks like a Teutonic crotch-rocket.
...And with six cylinders and 1600CCs, it could be that, too.
Meet BMW's newest line of ...compensation- the K-1600gt.
Because we all know that buying a motorsickle is all about lack of vibration and enhanced comfort.
Personally, if I was going to get another bike, that would be something like this Trumpet that costs less, gets better gas mileage and actually vibrates like a motorcycle is supposed to.

Dood! They're crying!
I'm watching James May's 'Toy stories'- in which Captain Slow of 'Top Gear' fame makes toys of Olde England relevant today.
I only found out that the famed 'plasticine porters' of a certain Beatles hit were not some Lladro-like figures, but made of Play-do.
Now, he's got engineering students making a full size bridge out of their version of an Erector set.
They made it in their lab, and in setting it up, the mild steel started to bend,,, and showed the legendary British 'stiff upper lip' has bypassed this generation of guys (the girls swore and the guys started crying)- so they had to rebuild it.
And yes, captain Slow walked across some famous canal in Liverpool via a child's intellectual toy.
BTW...what's up with the Kindle ad and the blonde babe who's no longer going through her adventures?

But....they got what they wanted
As a matter of fact, Mort Zuckerman, Babs Streisand and the rest of the Leftist Hollywood Liberals have been fighting for this exact thing for the last forty years.
Now that Prez Kickass is delivering on the complete state takeover of every private enterprise they can think of-they are starting to get a clue. It's not that their belief system is changing so much. but that it's THEIR pocket that's going to be taking a hit.
Even Mort Zuckerman, who wrote the TelePrompTer Readers speeches, sounds like an eevil conservative fat cat businessman.
He's even unintentionally agreeing with Bush in his thoughts on Fanny Mac:
but most glaringly in forcing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Housing Administration to back loans to people who could not afford them. And not to mention the role of the Securities and Exchange Commission, which in 2004 sanctioned higher levels of leverage for financial firms, from 12 times equity to over 30 times equity.
If the O-man keeps up, his Liberal base might even want to reform Social Security.

Another Czar?
Now we have a celebrity chef in charge of a new and over-reaching health food regulating body. Yeah, a Health Food Czar.
Kaptain Kickass has more Czars inn his White House than Russia had in it's history by now, doesn't he?

Missing some of your favorite blogs?
If they were on WordPress you probably are, because the (TM)Most open and ethical administration in the world(TM) 2.0 has declared WP an enemy of the State.
It's not the blogs so much as that some other site they hosted let users see material that Obamas Liberal supporters wanted a pay-per-use fee. That they weren't getting, so....
The administration that we've come to know as straight laced and non politically motivated has decided that censorship is the best policy. Boy, those Rovian mind rays are powerful, aren't they?

Does anybody notice anything special about this video?
I mean besides it being one Sheila Jackson Lee- A shining light of intelligence of the DeeCee Democrat lead House.
And yes Sheila, the DID finally find that flag we left on Mars back in 1969.
UPDATE- Sunday
Did nobody look at the viseo, or did nobody catch that whole north and south VIET NAM thing? As opposed to say N & S KOREA?

I just turned off the local TeeWee news
They were having a promo for their local *CRIMESTOPPERS!!!!ONE!!!* production.
In which they decided to gomanno a manno reporter-a-miscreant on why they're driving with a revoked drivers licence.
If I were stupid enough to get my CDL yanked and a TeeWee reporter from CH-4 WOAI came up to me to get into my face about driving with a revoked licence, I'd just have to ask,,, "Why is driving undocumented so much worse than being an undocumented alien?...You HATER!"
Because, you know...'nobody is illegal!- why are you targeting ME? Because you want to make an example of me!!???!!!! HELP! They're violating my civil rights to drive as I want, wether I have documentation or not.....NOBODY IS ILLEGAL!!!!eleven!!!!

We have a project going on in west TX
I was going to mention the city, but there's not much going on there, so someone could easily connect this blog to the company.
Anyway, this largish city in south west Texas isn't -as far as I know- a hub of anything, much less an oil hub ,,,yet this isolated city has gas prices below San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Now we're on day 83 of the blow-out and like day 45 of Prez Kickass' complete ban on any drilling in American territorial waters.
Now, as long as I've been aware of gas prices- my entire adult life, every time there's an interruption, or possible interruption of supply- - -the Exxon Valdez, troubles in the mid-east, a pipeline blow-out,we're paying more because of the changeover to winter blend, we're changing over to summer blend, Abdullah's camel didn't fart right--- gas has gone up by a quarter in a week.
BUT, Captain GreenPeace has shut down almost a third of our domestic oil supply and gas is holding steady, or even dropping.
Why? I don't remember gas prices holding steady when the bottom fell out after the economy cratered after 9-11. In the past thirty years, every time a camel sneezed, the gas prices spiked up.
Am I going to have to mark my post as another "Can I call them, or what?" label and drag it up on Nov. 3rd when the Dems get voted out en-mass and gas hits $5/gal when the Republicans take over in Jan.? Because that's all I can see is the same Big Oil that shovelled money into 0bama's campaign holding back their prices to help save as many Dems as possible.
Hey BP, how's that crapload of money you sent to the DNC helping your company now?

In case you didn't know
Lebron James- some black guy who wears baggy skivvies to play a kids game made a financial decision to run up and down a 100' gym in Miami.
Not that there is anything else in the world going on that we need to know about.

Why is it...
That every time a Liberal gets crosswise and wants an easy out, that they always play the "youthful indiscretion" card?
Now it's that piece of cr@p Levi Johnson trying to make nice with the Palins, again.
I guess now that his 15 minutes of fame and easy money are drying up, he's looking for another gravy train to ride.
I know the Palins are a stand-up family who have the class not to run through the sewer about their deadbeat grandbaby-daddy, but I hope they're smart enough to keep him at arms length.

Awaiting the crys of Liberal outrage
in 5...4...3...-OH wait!
That would happen if it were the Chimpy BusHitler regeime that was censoring the intraubZ.
But since this is "the most open and ethical" administration 2.0, we'll be hearing about how freedom of expression is overblown anyway.
Not that I'm saying an employer can't have a say in where their property is going on the internet, just that it's an awful subjective way to go about it.
Hey! Are they blocking the pr()n channels, or is the MMSA still looking at midgit penguin prawn instead of inspecting drilling rigs?

And what do you take awy from this?
Class, this will be testable.
Read this article thoroughly, and tell us
1- What was the icon they were trying to ban.
2- Aside from being a Liberal Asstard, what were you trying to teach the kids? That is OK to put someone out of business 'for the children' because YOU don't like what they're legally able to do?
I mean, we're going to send the kids up to speechify about ,,,something still not pictured in the article...that's harmful to kids? But we know it's so stupid that we don't even tell what IT is?
Kind of like 'smokefree San Antonio' that wan'ts to ban a legal product because we don't like it.
As I heard on a local rock station on Sun AM on the way to get the weeks grorceries....
'we have statistics and stuff' anyone who doesn't want a blanket ban on smoking is a NAZI, but we don't call them that.

Oh? Wow!
I didn't know that Louisiana had over 7,500 miles of coastline.
And that only 180 of them are oil infested.
You can read all about it here in the highly fact-checked ABC News site with their layers and layers of fact checkers and editorial oversite.
It's the third page, middle para.
If LA has that many mile of coastline, I wonder what Texas has?
HEY! If LA has that many miles of coastline... no wonder Captain KickAss and his NIS/ICE leader gave up on trying to secure a boarder that's like, 20 times as long.
Gotta start working on that deficit somewhere, ya know...

Confession is good for the soul
That's what 'they' say anyway.
I bet lots of criminals don't feel the same way.
But I'm here to confess something that will permanently get me banned from the 'cool bloggers' table, and probably be made fun of for the rest of myhigh school blogging career.
Ok, here it goes......
I like that "Great Value" (Wallyworld brand) spaghetti sauce better than the two main name brands on the same shelf.
Siiiggghhh..........
Ok, you can go and make fun of me in the comments now...

Who pulled THAT number out of their @ss?
For the last 6 or so years we've been hearing about the 12- 18 million lawbreaking illegal immigrants in America.
Has anyone else noticed that all of sudden there are ONLY 11 million here?
Captain KickAss has been using that number lately, and now I'm hearing Fox TV news using it, too.
Did the Obcnony send 7 million back to Mexico because they couldn't get work?
OR, as more likely -is someone lying?
How long before we start hearing about the 10 million illegals?
Then the 9 million?
Then we'll hear Obamas lapdogs in the MSM telling us how well their black plastic messiah is doing on controlling the illegals problem.....just look at the numbers!!!!

Again?
I see on Fox News channel that the unemployment jumped by 13,000 last week.
That's not news, but it's certainly unexpected.
Again.
Except that Meghan Kelly was laughing at that that word this time.
Just out of curiosity, how many times can you be surprised by a trend before people start making fun of you?

Can I call them, or what?
About two weeks ago, I wrote about Google and their habit of sucking up as much personal information as possible.
And their response of ...'but we're Liberals- you can trust us'...
Then I was this headline on Drudge:
Google's Eric Schmidt: You can trust us with your data
Which I was going to make a post about- including 'being the most open and ethical bussiness out here' after I got done making breakfast. (Really, I was. Would I lie to you? Srysly)
Then I started reading the article...
which went all the way to the fourth para for this-- "The difference between the Apple model and the Google model is easy to understand - they're completely different. The Google model is completely open.
And again- " We like our strategy a lot because it's consistent with our values, which are the openness and the open platform and the web platform."
And finally the usual you can trust us in the last para:
Google, Schmidt says, is kept in check by its customers and by the competition: “All of our testing indicates that the vast majority of people are perfectly happy with our policy. And this message is the message that nobody wants to hear so let me say it again: the reality is we make decisions based on what the average user tells us and we do check. And the reason that you should trust us is that if we were to violate that trust people would move immediately to someone else.
REALLY?
Where? Because anywhere I go on AlGores intratubz, I can find a blue "G" somewhere on the site.

He's lying
Captain Kickass is responding to a question at the G-20 forum in a rambling semi-coherent way.
Go listen if you want to hear even more of the Lightweight than you get from the MSM, but here's a money quote for you.
"Somehow people say, why are you doing that, I'm not sure that's good politics. I'm doing it because I said I was going to do it and I think it's the right thing to do. People should learn that lesson about me because next year when I start presenting some very difficult choices to the country, I hope some of these folks who are hollering about deficits and debt step-up because I'm calling their bluff. We'll see how much of that, how much of the political arguments that they're making right now are real and how much of it was just politics."
I won't be holding my breath there Captain Kickass.
He also praised Gates for slashing the military budget more than any other SecDef in recent memory. Probably as far back as Jimmy Carter.

Oh, bummer
Our last reminder of the Democrats love of diversity has died.
in case you haven't heard yet- Sen. Robt. Byrd (D)- the only Klansman in the entire Congress has died.
UPDATED:
Well at least we'll have billions of Dollars of pure pork heading to W.Va this year.
Maybe that'll help President Kickass start reducing the deficit.

That's a fine example of fast action, Barry
The way you yanked McCrystal out of the 'Stan and fired him within three days of that 'Rolling stone' article.
I know you promised 'change'. and you've given us plenty- mostly the kind that's against what most Americans want.
I can remember all the way back to your predecessor and the support his critics in the military got for talking smack....because it showed their individualism, moral courage and anything else with a positive spin.
Way to go in taking charge of this thing from day one, President KickAss, it was almost like you had lazerlike focus on your self-image as opposed to say...the whole Afghan mission- or an oil spill in the Gulf.

Good God!
First of all...
THIS is a St. George flag.
As far as I understand, it's the *official* flag of England.
As opposed to the Union Jack of the United Kingdom.
Now, there is a world-wide game of kickball in S. Africa for all the goodies- or something.
BUT,,, in the place that Great Britain used to be there are bans on showing the English flag in support of their team because patriotism has been deemed 'racist' by the PC police.
Nice country you used to have over there.
I really used to admire you before I started learning just how badly you swallowed that whole Liberal poison, Britannia.

Don't you miss the days
When you made burgers from a tube of e.Coli-burger and the drippings didn't put out the fire?
I guess I'm going to either get the high dollar stuff in Styrofoam, or make another grill out of a propane bottle again- so I can use chunks of oak and mesquite without melting the bottom out.
