What if Russia says NO?

Because putting up a missile defense against rouge states is somehow being too aggressive.

You know, like we didn't do in POLAND because the Lightweight wanted to be friends with Putin. You know resetting relations with the Kremlin and all.

    He is also increasing out nuclear arsenal as well, which is more expensive than the SDI system.

    But yes, we will defend backwards people who have oil,rather than real allies who would pay us for the system, then operate themselves.
