As far as I know, Sir- school lunches are about as healthy now as they were when I went to school. Actually, they're probably healthier.

If I remember my history correctly- Sir:

In the depression (the first one, not this one) students were lucky to be able to bring an onion and butter sandwich to school: and they were taught much harder subjects than today.

In the '80s- the cry was to 'buy them breakfast' because somehow being hungry made their grades worse.
We bought them breakfast and lunch- their parents got food stamps, WIK, AFDC and all tho other .gov goodies,,,and they STILL couldn't pass.

So instead of skinny educated kids of the Depression- we got fat stupid kids of the Clinton era.

NOW Sir- You are saying that the school lunches are the main problem in recruitment because your targets potential service members are too fat?

Don't you think that a lot of THAT problem is from them just sitting on their @ss all day long...Sir? Instead of actually getting up and 'doing something' physical?

Apparently, there's going to be a strike by -from what New Yawkahs say- the most important people in their lives. Aside, maybe, from their immediate family.

We know that Obowma is going to have to find a way to pay for his titanic government spending.

He's looking at all kinds of fees and new tax schemes. The problem with those is that there probably aren't enough qualified people to do the ,,,revenue enhancement.

Because "something" needs to be done about this second huge island of plastic they found in the Atlantic ocean. Let those greenies put their money where their mouths are and start cleaning it up- they've got a couple ships, and it would probably help the whales more than harassing Japanese whalers anyway. I'm sure once this is out in the general news, that all the usual Gaea worshipers (EarthFirst, Elf, the World Wildlife Fund,,,)will turn out in force to mitigate this blight on the earth.

The second title was that "something" needs to be done about it. Some .gov.org should take charge and use their nations resources to make it happen- Obowma is looking for something to polish his creds with our enemies. Why not throw a couple trillion dollars at it, AND since it's already been made- we can save millions of barrels of oil by recycling the existing plastic instead of MAKING more.

That tendon I tore two months ago is still bothering me from last Friday when I broke the light duty restriction and was wrestling with a sweep 4" steel ninety.

Yesterday was a long day too. I was moving equipment and picking up irrigation pipe for the bosses ranch making a 13 hour day by the time it was all done.

I'm off today because of weather and the gaf attitude, but that's ok since I'll be getting workers comp for missed work. It's nice....and tax free for now.

I still have to finish those f*cking tax forms...and find a way to come up with that $2200 they want on top of what we already put in.

The yard looks like it hasn't seen a mower in a month altho I mowed it a week ago.
