Chains, with ratchet binders are demanded for such loads. Even then, if the binders are not tight enough, a rubber tire machine will bounce, and can fall off the side.
He's got a lot of weight behind the trailer axles, too - I think I'd have raised the bucket and rested it on the gooseneck to allow the whole load to be moved forward.
What am I missing?

DeleteYou don't want to make it too tongue heavy because it affects steering.
