    No tax stamp probably because its 37mm which is flare size, not 40mm which is grenade launcher size. It is also probably manufactured lighter for launching flares, not propelling explosives. Put a 12 gauge sleeve in it and have a single shot shotgun.

    Definitely will NOT chamber 40mm military rounds. Not even M781 training rounds.
