 Unless you know that both fake bombs at the RNC and DNC were planted there because of the planned "insurrection" they started at the Capital building to frame Trump.

They used cell data to go after anyone (except the plants) who was anywhere near their even now, and they're even going after people who never went inside.

BUT the same FBI who's railroading citizens have shown exactly ZERO interest in looking at phone records  from the guy who was seen waiving at cops after he dropped off his diversion.

We now have bacon

 Pork shoulder/Buckboard bacon on the left and Pork Loin/Canadian bacon on the right.

I couldn't get a constant cool enough heat in the grill I was going to use as the smoker, so I added liquid smoke for a day and a half and backed them at 200 for about 3 1/2 hours.

Next time, I'm going to add brown sugar to the cure because the pork shoulder that I didn't use sugar on is kinds...meh.
The Canadian bacon really works, though.

Will do again. And it's a lot cheaper than store-bought bacon.
Next time I'll try some beef bacon.

Sorry, I’m not a revisionist history ass kisser with memory issues like you guys. It doesn’t do you any good to yell at people who actually paid attention to this shit while it was happening. Then in November I’ll vote for Trump, and when we get fucking rolled because we were dumb enough to walk into the democrat’s obvious trap, I’ll try to resist the urge to say I told you so.

Anyone who was old enough to remember the environmental scares of the '79s and '80's

 

 HAS to remember some of these environmental alarms.

-The Ozone Hole (bekuzz hair spray)

-Acid Rain (Bekuzz air pollution)

- Water shortages (bekauzz....reasons) and how we HAVE to act now to preserve drinking water!

 

And now the same scientists are actually working on destroying water on it's atomic level.

.....But now I guess it's okay because we have low flow faucets and water saving toilets and SCIENCE and sh1t.

After a week of curing

 I really expected a lot more liquid.
The pork loin/Canadian bacon has some.

On #1 I cut the seal and added liquid Hickory smoke- because that's what I had. It kinda glugged in there, so I think it's going to be on the strong side.

The but/shoulder is dry.
I don't know if that's because I had it out and ready then resealed it in a vacuum bag because I needed a two digit read on the scale and couldn't use the one in the kitchen

I mean it's dry. 

The colors aren't as far apart as the camera makes it look, but I'll be hot smoking it then refrigerating part and freezing part, so I doubt there's that much wrong with it besides maybe taste.

So it begins

 Making bacon.

 After I finally got a digital scale that goes to two digits for the Prague #1 powder.
The first one is a Butt/shoulder  that hopefully will result in Buckboard bacon after I smoke it.

The other attempt is two pork loins of about four pounds each to hopefully get Canadian bacon out of it.

I had to wait for the scales because you don't want to use too much Prague powder/pink cure or whatever else you want to call it. luckily there's a  page for that.

On the second one I put in for 14 days- I'm going to try adding some liquid smoke and seal it back up, then finish it in the oven to see if there's any real difference between real smoke and liquid.

Now the Secretary of Defense was in the ICU for four days -and still in the hospital- before the Pentagon decided to let anyone in the White House know about it.

Maybe the danger to our Republick isn't Trump, MAGA, J-6ers or patriots- maybe it's a rouge DoD that thinks their chain of command only works when they want it to.

 The wife's a Brit who's lived in Texas for a good 20 years.

I've been fighting some intestinal thing for the past couple of days- and not eating.

We had to fill two 10 gallon propane tanks at Tractor Supply.  After loading them and securing them in the truck (and waiting for some dickhead who had up parked in) we were on the way home.

I told the wife that I'm sweating like a whore in church.
