I went to Seguin to do some shopping on the northbound 466 and twice SB on 1117 toward Nixon to get a round bale.
All three of the vehicles were doing 10MPH below the speed limit until I could pass them. THEN they all decided to put their foot in the carburetor.
1- TX law Sec. 545.053 (b)2 says (b) An operator being passed by another vehicle:....(2) may not accelerate until completely passed by the passing vehicle. I'm sure other states have the same kind of statutes.
AND- 2- I'll bury my speedometer getting passed you so just keep doing whatever you were doing as I drive the speed limit. This ends Kurts' driving tips for today.
Buckle up, enjoy the ride and keep your hands inside the vehicle. (Just like they told the girl crew of Bezos thrill ride)
