Happy yeasties

I made two packs of champagne yeasts very happy tonite.

I'm experimenting again.
1 gal. apple cider
1 gal. apple jiuce

Each one got
 1c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c Lite brown sugar (Because I had two partial bags)
1 Pk wine yeast.

AND three pics that I forgot to set the auto-focus ...
You'll notice you get slightly more cider (which is probably made up for the pieces in it)

Happy yeasties waking up and ready to make more happy little yeasties :-)

Take care of yourselves for the next two weeks...

  2. Actually, I have a check-valve in each bottle cap.
    The water is just to check to see how much I'm strangling Gaea.
