ReplyDeleteMy belief is they know that waiving 26 enviro laws will be tied up in court cases for years, thus preventing the wall from ever being built.
ReplyDeleteAnd even if that wasn't a factor, Biden and Mayorkas know if they started today, they can't have materials and workers on the jobsite (twenty miles of fence where nobody is crossing ) until after the election.
