I KNEW I should have bought that 2500 Denali even though it was a year older.
This is the second F-250 tailgate I've ruined by rolling a full 5x6 round bale off.
At least a welded steel tailgate can handle 1100 pounds of hay.

It'll be reinforced, I just don't know if it'll be channel, angel iron or square tubing inside that flimsey-assed thing.

ReplyDeleteDon't know if your tailgate is made of aluminum or not, but a 5x6 round bale weighs a good 1100 pounds.
DeleteI don't think a 5x6 round bale would ever fit in a Frontier.
