Government efficiency exemplified

My cell phone started to act up this week-end, so I got another one from e-bay Sunday night. It's the CU 500 that I should have gotten the first time because it's pretty much bulletproof (it doesn't mind a diesel soaking either).

I got a link from paypal Monday morning that sent me to the USPS which told me:

I just got back from NAS Kingsville where I hope to become a small cog in the military/industrial machine. All depending on some nameless, faxeless minion the the head office in Maine.
