Places

Sort of digging on Erics Adak post, some duty stations.

Not a lot of good Rota, Spain videos out there.
Housing in 'Old base' as opposed to the crackerbox appartments in the new YouSAh (USA) part.

If we could afford it, I wouldn't mind retireing to Guam.


Of course I'm sure it's changed in the 25 years since I was there.

And as fitting, there is absolutly nothing good about Puerto Rico or their smaller cousin- Viequez.

Having visited Guam a little over a year ago, I think it is safe to say that it has changed a bit - it is pretty much one of the prime vacation location for any of the eastern-Asian countries, and its demographics, language bias, and culture has shifted accordingly. Granted, this is not a bad thing for most people, and I definitely appreciated the sushi that was available, but it was not what I was expecting.
