I guess those enlightened Swedes -that we're supposed to emulate- aren't as advanced as I thought.
Here, we have almost every utility you can think of buried- especially in cities.
We also have a mandatory 'One Call' system in Texas.
The way it works is that you call a central hub and then the utilities in the area come out and mark their lines, so you won't maybe drill through a SUBWAY TUNNEL.
