Wouldn't goats be cheaper?

Here we have a typical government example of PCnesss run amuck.
Over in Wales, they're training police dogs to go aginst their nature and headbut criminals instead of biting them.

Seriously, I can hear you sniggering right now.

I was serious about using goats for this new law enforcement tactic.

• It's their natural instinct to but, not bite.
• They're at least as smart as dogs.
• They're cheaper than Belgian Malinois
• People won't get as attached to a goat as they will a dog

Seriously though, part of the deterrent value is the white flashing fangs of a tightly leashed sheppard.
